The Macquarie Community College Term 1 Catalogue for 2022 is out now! Learn a new skill as your New Year’s resolution by enrolling in art classes or our workshops! And remember to book early as our workshops fill up fast. With Covid safe practices in place, come and join us for some art in the new year or even gift these classes and workshops to your friends and family. We have a range of mediums to learn in our classroom at our shop – Oil Painting, Watercolour Painting, Drawing, Acrylic Painting, as well as Resin and Acrylic Pouring Workshops

CASS Christmas Sale 2021 From 6th December – 9th January The Combined Arts Societies Of Sydney (CASS) is inviting its members to enter their online Christmas exhibition sale. Entry forms are available at www.cassartonline.com and the sale will be open from 6th December to 9th January. PLEASE NOTE: This is password protected for Members only. Framed and unframed works may be entered and the fee is $5 per work (very small paintings as a pair or larger works as a diptych count as one entry) All work has a maximum sale price of $450 to include postage / delivery in NSW.

Five cute animal crafts to make!

Since you are all at home we thought you might like to make some cute animals with your kids 😀 We don’t recommend using match sticks for your sheep’s legs though, so we suggest toothpicks, pipe cleaners or some small sticks from a tree instead 😀 🐑 🦁🐊🐒

NOTICE: CANCELLED MTAS Monthly Meeting Tomorrow, 11th February

Hi all, Due to weather conditions with rain, flooding, bridge closures and power outages in our Hawkesbury region and across Sydney, the Macquarie Towns Arts Society will be cancelling their Monthly Demonstration Meeting tomorrow, 11th February. We hope all are staying safe and to see you at the next MTAS monthly meeting on 10th March. They will reschedule for artist Julieanne Allcorn to come at a later meeting in the year so that we don’t miss seeing her interesting and beautiful works. MTAS Committee
