Painting in Oils with Peter Browne

Reminding all that the Macquarie Towns Arts Society will be welcoming Peter Browne to their next monthly demonstration meeting on Tuesday, 10th March at 7:30pm.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a CHANGE OF VENUE for this Demonstration Meeting. It will be held at:
Hawkesbury Skills Centre, 23 Bosworth Street, Richmond, NSW 2753.
Peter will be demonstrating his unique style in oil painting on the night. He will bring his paints and canvas to showcase his techniques and share insights into his creative process.
Both members and non-members are welcome to join their meetings to view an inspirational artist at work each month, as well as the opportunity to enjoy networking with like-minded art enthusiasts.
Cost is $5 at the door. Supper is provided.
There is on site parking at the Hawkesbury Skills Center, please drive in to access this, and there is also street parking as well.
About Peter Browne:
Peter Browne is an Australian Postwar & Contemporary painter who was born in 1947. He has been painting for over 60 years, in a style that centres around Australian wildlife and folklore humour.
Peter has held many successful exhibitions, both solo and in conjunction with other fellow brushmen from the scrub, together with noted artists ProHart, Jack Absolom and others, including several exhibitions in the United States and Europe.
His works are represented in many private collections, including the last outgoing Australian Governor General, Bill Hayden and the past State Governor of New South Wales, Sir Peter Sinclair.
